Cemair, very disappointing

I recently flew from EL to CT on Cemair. It was my first-time flyting with them. I requested the special needs assistance service because i was recently discharge from hospital and can't walk long distances or climb stairs. I received confirmation that the service was booked. The flight was 30min late and nobody bother to say anything. It was difficult to identify the Cemair staff because it seems as if the staff was wearing casual wear. When we arrived at the airport in CT the lady who assisted us told 3 different collogues that she needed 3 wheelchairs. They assured her it will be waiting for her. When we arrived, we had to walk down the stairs from the plane, and it was drizzling. which means the stairs was wet. when we arrived inside there was no wheelchairs. A staff member went to look for wheelchairs and after an hour of no show we decided to walk slowly. Nearly out of the arrival terminal the staff member arrived with 2 wheelchairs, not sure how he was planning to push 2 wheelchairs by himself. None of the passengers who requested wheelchairs wanted to use the service since we were already nearly out the door. This whole experience was very difficult for me since I was struggling to breath after having to walk such a long distance and my body was sore. I have to say it was very disappointing since it was my first time on Cemair, one thing I have to give them credit for though was the fact that they served a snack and drink for free. I was very happy and surprised for this service. I will think twice before I use them again and will definitely will not recommend them.
