Cemair Theft of Dreams - Call The CEO/Carter Blanche

We booked for 12 people in October 2018 for a once in a lifetime family holiday flying Cape Town to Hoedspruit to see the Bush. We cancelled the flights in March (after ongoing grounding by Cemair) and were told we would have our refund in 8 weeks. Its now 5 months later no refunds but we keep getting ongoing deception from their Legal person Monique can der Bank (***). After our legal threats we were told that they are waiting for a refund form IATA but they would not tell us why IATA was withholding this money. Clearly something *****. More promises to repay us came to nothing. We will now take legal action as this company and its CEO (Miles von Mollen *** ***) are destroying peoples dreams with no care or clear communication. I would suggest that all who read this email them, call their CEO and take this to Carte Blanche, Facebook and any other medium. We cannot let these people hide behind the corporate veil anymore.
