CEMAIR TAKING 8 WEEKS TO REFUND PASSENGERS

Cemair’s flights were cancelled. They are not refunding the passengers their money because managment said it will take 8 weeks before they will refund any money. When you phone you are transferred from one person to another. Are they using our money to operate now? A reasonable refund should take max 10 days.
