Cemair *****ing money

I purchased a ticket with cemair for a flight from JHB-BFN in Dec2019. Got to the airport to find out cemair is grounded. Had to purchase another ticket with another airline and to this day have not recieved my money back from cemair. Miles van der Molen is an absolute disgrace.

Can I get my money back please.
