CEMAIR Refunds

Cemair cancelled my flight December 2018. I have written confirmation that I will receive a full refund in 8 weeks. At 8 weeks I queried the progress. I was then advised I had been incorrectly informed it is 56 working days. I have queried again only to be told they can not commit to a timeline. Cemair refunds, Nicolene Myburgh, Vanessa and Erica... your actions are *********!
