CemAir refund

I inadvertently booked my flight the wrong way, DUR to JNB. I arrived in time for the flight to Durban, so, several hours before the original flight. I purchased a new ticket at an exorbitant price and was assured my other flight was cancelled and I could claim a refund (I get 6,4% ... see below) Travelstart claim they can do nothing, this is CemAir policy. Fare + Taxes: ZAR 2,127.84 Airline Penalty: ZAR 1989.50 Refund admin fee: WAIVED Refundable amount: ZAR 138.34 It's a nice airline but they are profiteering from Mango's demise and last-minute bookings
