CEMAIR refund

I book a flight to Bloemfontein with them and unfortunately when l got there 30 minutes before departure l was told the flight already left. I then went to ticket sales to ask for a return flight as l missed the flight which they refused . Then asked for my Refund they told me to send email. l did send countless emails with no luck even asked to speak to a manager someone who will assist me but my issue was never taken serious ...that is my money that l used to book the flight l demand my tax refund as you agreed at ticket sale that is what l will get . Your service is pathetic would not recommend you guys to anyone not even my enemy
