Cemair - problem getting refunds for flight THEY cancelled.

This is an airline that flies to the smaller cities/towns. They were grounded just before Christmas for safety reasons. We were informed to cancel our bookings and we would be re-imbursed within 8 weeks - then it became 8 working day weeks, and now we have been told senior management has to okay all refunds and they cannot tell us when we would get our refund. We gave them our booking reference (AAPC2T) and were first contacted by them on the 17th December 2018 - Which is lot more than 8 weeks. Someone is getting a lot of interest on the monies due to their customers.
