Cemair pathetic service

How does your company function? Last week we received an email saying the flight was rescheduled for an earlier time, then today the night before we have to fly you tell us the flight is delayed and will only fly at 14h30. Our last experience we waited for almost 8 hours in the airport to be told that the flight was cancelled.
