Cemair or "Conair"

Once domestic flights opened I booked on Cemair in September through travelstart. A week later and a week before departure they cancelled the flight as oops the airport isnt open yet. I flew via airlink to another airport which was top notch and cheaper. After many calls and emails I finally got travelstart to arrange a refund but it will take up to 17 weeks and I must pay a R500 fee! I could only reach travelstart through the app, no calls answered. Sounds more like Conair to me. I wont book them again and will think twice about using travelstart, their heads are clearly in the clouds!
