Cemair must be running a ****

On the 29th of June 2024, I flew to Durban. One of the airhosts was so rude. At the end of the flight, I brought it to the Captain's attention who told me to "Get off my flight, my staff is well trained, they would never be rude"

Now today (5 July 2024), Cemair took money from my account without any authorisation from me. I did not even buy any ticket. Strange thing is, the amount is identical to the amount I paid last week. I don't know if its a duplication of some sort. I hate this company so much.
