Cemair is *****ing our money

After the Cemair flights have been cancelled in December 2018 I have been trying in vain to get a refund. Six months later I received this lame response indicating their Financial board must decide if they are going to refund us or not. The e-mail reads: "" Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a time frame as to when your refund will be processed. We are currently awaiting for authorization from the board of finance for the funds to be released. Only when this authorization is given are refunds processed"
