Cemair! Honour your promise.
<div>It's with great disappointment that I post this review, which will only serve to echo the multiple previous reviews. My only hope is to get Cemair to respond to our multiple requests for the promised refund. Our family reunion trip to T*****bush in March required flights to Hoedspruit from CPT, JNB and LHR. After their re-grounding, we had to re-book with other airlines. As a result, we are collectively owned over R30K. Our reference numbers are as follows (in the unlikely event that Cemair sees this complaint) AAQ235: AAPZNG: AAQ235: AAQ26M: AAQ3VK: AAQGHK: @cemair, #cemair, ***, *** @Cemair - just sort this out. We dearly hope you are back in the air soon. But silence, unreachability and obfuscation will continue to besmirch your reputation. </div>
