Cemair: Great cost for bad flight service

Took the flight from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit on 19 February 2024. The return ticket is incredibly expensive (R7328/person) and our business bought 3 tickets for staff travelling up for work. The plane used had no working aircon and for the duration of the flight the cabin felt like a Sauna. The air hostess just shrugged her shoulders and said that the aircon is not working. Well done Cemair! We certainly won't use you in future for our business travel. We would rather use the more expensive Airlink flight but al least not feel like we are being boiled alive during the flight. Perhaps you should use some of the exorbitant ticket costs to fix you airplanes.
