Cemair flight experience

After serious consideration I've decided to contact Cemair.

As per our telephonically discussion regarding the above incident, here is the email as requested.

It was the first time.I flew with Cemair.

What a terrible experience.

First we waited for a long time to board after our boarding time was at 19h00.

When we were on the plane around 19h37 we circled around and around the airport grounds. Eventually they told us they need to get fuel. After a very long while, they told us the plane got technical problems. This happened to the one and first plane not like I've been informed during our telephone conversation that the fuel happened with the 2nd plane. The whole incident proof that the original plane wasn't serviced or properly checked prior to the flight time. Then we changed to another plane and landed around 23h48.
