CEMAIR DOESN'T CARE

Still waiting for my refund from CEMAIR since 16th Dec '18. Was told 6-8 weeks ? My daughter (6) and i reported for our flight, Was told that the airline was grounded. Had to pay R8 900 for another airline, which I obviously hadn't budgeted for. Some of my debit orders bounced and i have now got a bad credit rating. Still CEMAIR doesn't seem to give a damn.
