Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a time frame as to when the refunds will be processed as we are currently awaiting for authorization from higher management for the funds to be released. Only when this authorization is given are refunds processed. Once the refund has been processed, you will be advised by email with the proof of refunds attached.

We are currently dealing with thousands of refunds and counting. Each refund must be investigated to ensure it is a valid refund claim as we have had a few invalid claims. The payment details must be verified to ensure they are accurate and correct, then the refunds are logged with the flight, payment and cancellation details. The refunds are then sent to higher management for the relevant authorization as stated above.

In between all of this we still answer client queries and questions. It is an important process to get through and that is why it is taking so long. We understand that it is frustrating however please bear with us as we work through all refunds. We assure you that you will be refunded.
