Cemair delay refund after cancelling flight

The Flight I booked in December 2018 was cancelled. Cemair was very apologetic and promised to refund me, but stressed that the refund might take up to 8 weeks. I has been 10 weeks and still no refund. I email them requesting the reason for the delay, but receive no reply. Please think carefully before you book with this airline.
