Cemair customer service is terrible!!!!

Cemair is a terrible airline. I will never forget the horrid experience I had with them which Lift Airlines managed to fix within minutes.

This terrible excuse of a airline didn’t even bother to respond to me. I was on the 06:15 flight to capetown from Johannesburg with my 6 year old.

We arrived at OR Tambo at 05:00 and went straight to the boarding gates. We were moved to a further boarding gate. We arrived at our boarding gate at 05:45 and I was told my flight is gone and I must go back to their customer service desk. HOW!!!!!???

I go to their desk and I get a call from Cemair asking me where I am????!!!!!! I tell them im walking back to customer service, they tell me to come back to the gates, only to arrive back there and the lady says “ you Kate, I told you to go back to customer service!”

I get to customer service and im told there’s nothing they can do I ARRIVED LATE!!!!

I hate you guys soooooo much for this!!! How!!!!!!!
