Cemair cancels flight, Ignore emails and never refund

Almost two years later and still no reply from cemair as to when we will receive our refund. They do not answer their emails and when you call them they just tell you to send an email they cant help you over the phone. Do not use them, they cancell flights and do not refund. Oh and if you dare day something on their Facebook page they block you.
