CemAir cancellation policy

I cancelled my ticket for December 2020 , I still have not received a refund after many phone calls and no response to my emails. Why does this company have a refund policy and not honor it? Be warned if you use this company and need to cancel you will receive no response and be ignored... very unprofessional
