CemAir - Bad Airline Experience

This is definately the last airline you would fly. A flight 5Z0771 from Harare Zimbabwe was scheduled for 9:35......at 14:35 i was told the estimated departure is 16:00. The communication is VERY vague. Apparently it is a minor technical issue. Judged be the interior of the plains (dirt, damaged seats, misaligned panels, folded rubbers around emergency exits....) The care and maintenance is not at the highest level. If minor technical issues takes 6 hours to be resolved, it make one wonder about the safety on these plains. Clearly they do not understand the repercussions their lack of commitment has on the people using their services. Connecting flights, appointments and schedules. I would recommend everyone to avoid flying with cemair if safe and on-time traveling is important to you They proof themselves to be unreliable and not able to communicate. This was the LAST flight i will ever fly with them.
