CEMair

I fly CEMair from Johannesburg to Margate to Johannesburg on a regular basis. Unfortunately you have no other choices as they are the only carrier that fly’s this route. They obviously have no regard for passengers on this flight. Without fail the plane is always delayed with technical issues or hasn’t arrived on time from a previous destination. This is not isolated and happens continuously. The latest incident was on Friday I needed to be in Johannesburg for a meeting only to be told on arrival at Margate Airport for the 12 O clock flight that the plane had to turn back due to technical problems. The plane eventually landed in Margate around 3pm. I had already hired a car at another cost to myself and driven up to Durban. The only apology is a mail basically telling you that they are sorry for the inconvenience. If this was an isolated incident you could understand but not all the time. The bus to and from the terminal buildings is also a mess you often wait 10-15 minutes for it to arrive when you’ve landed on another CEMair delayed flight. AIRLINK please get the rights to fly this route and get rid of this *********** so called airline. The one glowing light are the staff at Margate airport they always go the extra mile but are put in a very awkward position every week by their management team in Johannesburg.
