CEMAIR - and no promised rebates

CEMAIR had their flights cancelled just before Christmas because they failed to pass the safety regulations. Sent out e-mails to say they would refund fares within 8 weeks (lucky they had the interests on the fares for that period). We are still waiting and it is now nearly 4 months!! Everytime we phone or e-mail their response is that it has gone through to senior management - who are either then incompetant or don't have the money.
