CEM Air - Who holds Airlines accountable to their customers?

I have been a loyal supporter of a once small local airline, CEM Air who were efficient, on time (dependable) and friendly.

Now I have to say that you are now just as unreliable as SAExpress. Flight after flight is late. I cannot plan and bargain on you anymore.

As I now sit on ORT, I am going to miss an important meeting in Bloemfotnein, and I have no one to hold accountable.

This is sad... An advocate of yours I once was, but unfortunately cannot be anymore...
