Cem Air has a very bad service

On the 24th of December 2024 I took a flight from Cape Town to Durban, when I landed in Durban to collect my luggage I found my luggage suitcase broken, and it shows that it was thrown off as if its not someones belonging. I went to their offices to complain they told me to write an email to the the manager, I wrote it immediately but until this day I have not received any response from them which shows how much they care less about their customers. im really disappointed with Cem Air service, I now have to buy a new luggage suit case and what's annoying is the fact that my return flight is with them on the 2nd of Jan.
