CEM AIR

I booked a CemAir flight 5Z0900/07 DEC 2023 from Cape Town to Durban at 06h10, did the check and got the boarding pass only to recieve a email cancelletion at 19h20 the evening before the flight, offering a full refund which I accepted. Besides the inconvience of having to book a flight the refund has still not been received 2 weeks later. This is the 1st and last time that I will book a Flight with Cem Air.
