Bad service with rude and unhelpful staff

Neglected to put my luggage on a connecting flight. I have been waiting over 24 hours for it. This morning someone texted me to say it would be at the airport at 1pm. I showed up at 1pm and I was told it would be here at 2pm - no communication prior to this that it was delayed, just when I showed up at the airport she said “It’s coming at 2pm.” It’s now 2.30pm and when I asked for an update about it, she became rude and unhelpful.
