Bad service

Yooo i had a bad experience with this airline , first of all my depart time to joburg was 5:30 and we only left around 7pm and we landed round about 10 o'clock and it was suppose to be a 2 hour flight and the same thing happened when I come back from joburg to cape we also delayed for more than 2 hours, The worse thing that happened my bag was also searched and some of my belongings were ****** and i phoned them they give me a run around asked me to send them the pictures of the bag and the tag number which I did and from then i had nothing from them.
