Bad Service 👎

I booked 11:30 flight from the airline from CPT to Durban to my surprise. I received an email from them confirming my flight to be 08:30 with out consulting me. Remember I have a shuttle booked from home to the airport and from Durban Airport to the Hotel to accommodate my time which is on the itinerary. When I called them and ask how am I gonna travel from home to the airport became I change my shuttles the will be cost implications and I can not be responsibility for that cost. I requested them to atleast provide me with access to the lounge ont arrival in Durban while I wait for my shuttle at 13:35, I will ask my husband to transport me to the airport in the morning and they refuse. This is totally unacceptable
