Bad Customer Service at Cemair... DO NOT BOOK THAT AIRLINE

I booked my flight with Cemair in December for Johannesburg APT to Bloemfontein in January.My flight was cancelled a week before.They ask me to send proof of payment and bank-statement for Refund, which I did on the 10/01/2019.I was told not that they can only refund me in April?
