Avoid CemAir

I would strongly advise to avoid ever flying with this company, we had the worst experience ever with this airline, absolutely shocking! We were on a direct flight from Kruger to Cape Town when we were re-routed to Johannesburg due to engine trouble (this was alarming as we had already noted on embarking how old the plane was). After being delayed by almost 2 hours we re-boarded onto a different plan. When we eventually got home I noticed my bag had been tampered with and items had been ****** out of it. I immediately contacted the airline and was assured all would be resolved. After months and months of being passed on from person to another at the CemAir offices and having my story recreated by them (which was disgraceful) I was informed that the airline takes absolutely no responsibility for the ****** items!!!! I was horrified and really can only put it out there to people ever considering using this airline, I would avoid it at all costs.
