APPALLING - AWAIT REFUND FROM 29th JAN 21 !!!!!

I requested a refund, for 2 x airtickets to Margate, Cemair logged the request on the 29th January 21. To date I have not received my refund. Apparently they have a backlog due to COVID. SERIOUSLY ???????. I have email ***, twice this morning to enquiry about status of the refund and still HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. WHAT IS GOING ON?
