An airline with a heart for people, 10 stars!

I would like to share my experience with Cemair on 29 Nov 2022. I flew with another airline from Paris-Doha-Jhb and my 1st flight was delayed to the point of me missing my Doha-Jhb flight. This meant I would arrive 30 min before my Jhb-Kby flight with CemAir, which was booked separately, so I would probably miss the flight and have to pay for another. I was extremely anxious and emotional about this and emailed CemAir from Doha. My sister in SA phoned them to notify them of my predicament. They were extremely kind and helpful, to the point of waiting for me outside the flight when I arrived, telling me to run to the gate because they already have my boarding pass ready for me. I arrived at my flight within minutes of them leaving and was SO relieved! CemAir even phoned me later that day to check if I was okay and my international luggage was sent to me the next day. I've never experienced customer service like this before from any other airline and I am so impressed I vowed to only use them when they are available in one of my routes. CemAir, your staff are amazing and I will never forget their kindness and help. Thanks for looking so well after your customers, and may your airline thrive!
