An airline, more like a joke!

Once again another 1 star review! After attempting multiple points of contact, now almost 1 year later and still no refund and no indication of when we can expect this to be done! This airline is an absolute joke and I actually cannot believe that they would again be allowed to operate with so many refunds outstanding...
