If it were possible, I would give Cemair 0 stars. In my experience, they don't even merit a single star. Back in 2020, they stole my luggage. When I reached out to them for assistance, they completely ignored my messages and offered no help whatsoever. The recent incident with Shamiso has reopened old wounds for me. I sympathize deeply with her. Yoh I hate Cemair, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of the airline.
