This airline's staff displayed appalling behaviour, discriminating against a passenger today. Despite having valid tickets, my family and I were also subjected to racial profiling and treated with disrespect throughout the entire flight. This experience was deeply upsetting and has tarnished our perception of this airline's commitment to equality and inclusion.
