After, 8 months, CEMAIR still owing us MONEY

Please do not book with CEMAIR. CEMAIR flights were grounded on the 13th of December 2018 due to their own internal issues.

To date (25 July 2019), we have not received our refund. They have had no decency to inform their clients on the status of their refunds. Tried calling & mailing - they don't answer calls or respond to our mails.

What have you done with our money CEMAIR ?
