Worst first air travel experience

<p>Travelled from OR Tambo to Cape Town with Fly Blue Care and we got to the airport where they informed me the flight was rescheduled and they called me but I never answered which is so not true because that's the same story they give all they clients,eventually they booked us with Mango and so I asked will our return be in order and they said there will be no problems . So on our return from Cape Town today same problem as Friday,we have been here since 11 o clock for a flight of 1:05 and they want to put us on another flight again of 4 o clock so unacceptable having to wait for so long with my child. Sitting here with other passengers having the same problem. My question is how does this airline still exist with all this ****pie service </p>
