worst airline

<p>I have had endless problems with this airline! There have been flights that they refuse to give you a booking confirmation, yet have taken your payment. They send you emails (not meant for you) by mistake about these flights being cancelled and then when confronted respond that there is no problem yet still cant give you a reference number. followed by them changing the destination from Cape Town to Johannesburg.</p> <p>They have cancelled and re routed my flights several times. Its is an endless battle to get refunds after they cancel flights last minute. There is minimal reponse to endless emails and phone calls you get transferred from person to person.</p> <p>I have been promised 6 times now that my refund has been processed and will reflect in my account "within 24 hours" , "within 48 hours", within 3 working days", "within 7 working days" and so on.</p> <p>I have requested proof of transaction several times yet no one responds. Some of the staff seem helpful yet they are just empty promises.</p>
