Where is my refund?

<p>I booked a flight for myself, one way from OR Tambo to Bloemfontein and paid on 4 November 2016. The flight was for the 26th of November 2016. I then received a call from a consultant on 22 November to tell me that the flight has been cancelled - with no reason. I sent them my banking details and have not heard back from anyone. I have sent about 5 emails to date, all i want to know is when will i be refunded.</p>
