Where is my money??

<p>This is only the latest of my run-ins with Fly Blue Crane. My flight from Kimberley to Johannesburg was cancelled, first WITHOUT my knowledge. This was due to a time change, but no one seemed to care to contact me. I found out by chance as because of a previous situation with them, I decided to check up if my flight was still on schedule.</p> <p>"No madam, that reservation of yours was cancelled and the money was refunded to you 27 June 2016."</p> <p>Well, today - the 22 of JULY 2016, NO MONEY NOWHERE IN ANY ACCOUNT OF MINE. </p> <p>Pathetic is not the word...and like I said, this was not my first or second run-in with them...</p> <p>Sies.</p>
