Unreliable

Please do not use this airline as they are extremely unreliable. I got a call less than two days before my flight informing me the flight was cancelled. The lady said she will try and organise another flight and will get back to me. I called the service centre and head office several times to try and sort out the problem, but in spite of many promises they never called back and just could not manage to make the promised bookings. Unfortunately, I also booked a flight for my mom on Blue Crane and while talking to the service centre staff to sort out my bookings, I asked whether my mother's flight is still valid. They checked and said that flight was cancelled as well - this was the day before her flight and nobody bothered to inform my mother! Extremely bad service!!!
