Unaccompanied Minors & Damaged Luggage

<p>I sincerely hope this helps as no responses have been received thus far. My children flew back to JHB from CT a few weeks ago and were supposed to have been accompanied - they were not and had it not been for my eldest having a mobile phone, goodness knows what could have happened. The only response I have gotten from the airline is that it was the airport's fault: PASSING THE BUCK MUCH??? It is UNACCEPTABLE that my children were left on their own and were at the mercy of a fellow passenger to assist by showing them where to get on and off the plane and where to go within the airport from there! Thank goodness they managed to find a helpful person with no ill intent, as so many of them walk among us. Secondly, my luggage was broken open and many of my kids belongings either taken out of it or fallen out of it due to this. I have emailed and phoned numerous times and still have no resolution. If somebody could get back to me, that would be nice. Most unexpected, but nice nonetheless.</p>
