Terrible

<p>Fly Blue Crane cancelled by flights to and from Cape Town and did not even let me know about it! I had to find this out from a friend that was on the same flight.</p> <p> </p> <p>Two weeks later, they still have not refunded by money after they promised to refund it within 24 hours. Nobody is available to speak when I call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible service! I will NEVER make use of this airline again.</p>
