Still waiting for my refund

<p>I book a flight with Fly Blue Crane for 16/11. A few days before my flight I called to make sure if everything is still on schedule with my flights. The operator informed me at that time that my flight have been cancelled and that a manager would've still called me. The manager never phoned me even after I left a message for her to call me back. After a few phone calls over a few days they told me that a refund has been logged and that it would take up to 14 days to refund me. When the 14 working days passed, I phoned again and I was told by an operator who couldn't get rid of me fast enough and clearly irritated that I will receive it and she doesn't know by when. I needed to make additional travel plans which cost me a lot of money to get to my destination, money that I don't have. I'm still awaiting my refund! Terrible service. I need my refund BEFORE Christmas!</p>
