Still no refund 1 month later

<p>Fly Blue Crane has still not refunded my flight ticket money, a month after they cancelled my flight. The person who called me Neo and Mpumi whom I also spoke to, are constantly out of the office. Neo just ignores emails 4 of which I have written since 24 December 2016. A disgrace.</p>
