Shocking

<p>BEWARE of this Company.</p> <p>I booked tickets with them in August. Was informed today after 1pm that the flights I have for January are cancelled - 2 weeks to go. The refund takes 72 working hours...how convenient there are so many holidays now. I now have to look elsewhere and pay so much more as it is so close, with money I do not have. I'm totally dissappointed. I even rang them up beforehand and asked them what the bad reviews were about. I was assured that it was due to the fact that they change flight times a lot, but not to worry, the flight will still be on my requested dates. I was going to see my family whom I haven't seen for 3 years and now they have managed to stress me out just before Christmas. I will never ever recommend them.</p>
