Pathetic service

<p>I would not suggest anyone to use blue blue crane for any flights. They have the worst service ever. I have send them multiple emails and calls but with no luck, not even a reply. Yesterday the called me to tell me that my wifes flight from Jhb to Kby in the 19th is canceled without a proper excuse. They told me to email them my banking details for n refund but i haven't heard anything from them after that. Wont be surprised if i dont see that refund again. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
