Pathetic and Poor Customer Service

Yesterday I was on my way to OR Tambo to catch a flight to Mpumalanga Kruger. Flight 14h25 I called 13h50 to say to customer care I will be at the airport at 14h10<br> <br> Call Center Customer care told me no problem as long as I'm before 14h25. But when I arrived at 14h07. Flight was closed and had left.<br> <br> I call customer care ND they tell me some people were at ticket sales buying to board that flight. But it was confirmed the flight had left. So left hand don't know what the right hand is doing. <br> <br> They made a customer promise they could not keep to me.<br> <br> Later the very rude call center agent hangs up the phone and I'm called by a lady Business or Sind. She promised to book me on another airline bcs she does not know why their agent promised what she could not deliver. She asked me to wait 10min.<br> <br> I waited for an hour. No direction till she called and handed the phone to her white Afrikaans manager who decided to dismiss me. Telling me they can't get me into any flight. <br> <br> I say this is indeed a waist of my time and Poor, Pathetic service. I din't force the agent to say I will be in the flight if it's before 14h25. I dint force them to make a service promise they can't keep.
